Return Policy –

First Impressions Molds has a 30 days return policy.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, exchange or credit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ALL sale items are final. There is no return policy for any products sold while on sale including during Black Friday or any other special promotion offered.

First Impressions Molds does not return original shipping charges (they were paid to a third party for a service not fulfilled by us) or pay for return shipping charges.

Molds: Our molds are carefully handcrafted; however, we understand that some defects or errors occasionally occur. If this happens with your order, we apologize and appreciate your understanding and assistance in correcting these events. Unless there is a defect we can inspect for approval all molds must be in unused and unopened condition to be considered for return. No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization.

ColorPops: Due to it being a food product ColorPops may only be returned in unopened and unused condition within 30 days of order. It must also be in the original packaging. There are no exceptions to this rule. No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization.

Essentials: Any Essentials product such as cutter sets, bowls or brushes may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unless there is a defect they must be in unused and unopened condition. It must also be in original packaging. No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization.

Prior Authorization: Before sending back merchandise for return or exchange, you must contact us for authorization at help@firstimpressionsmolds.com. Any returns sent without authorization will not be refunded, credited or exchanged and you will be required to pay additional postage to have the item(s) returned to you again.

Upon our receipt of the return we will inspect it for eligibility. After approval we will notify you of your refund, exchange or credit. Refunds are processed through our merchant which can take up to a week. Exchanges are processed within a few days and store credit is applied same day.

Return Shipping:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we find that the product is defective through no fault of your own. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping if any will be deducted from your refund unless the product was determined to be defective through no fault of your own.

We recommend shipping returns or exchanges using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee our receipt of any return or exchange shipped without tracking. If we haven’t received it we cannot proceed with the return, exchange or credit.
