RETURN POLICY

 

Our molds are carefully handcrafted; however, we understand that some defects or errors occasionally occur.  If this happens with your order, we apologize and appreciate your understanding and assistance in correcting these events.  We do not accept returns for any other reason than defective merchandise.  If you chose to exchange any part of your order, it must be made within 30 days and all molds must be unopened in their original packaging.  Returns for defective merchandise must also be made within 30 days, but may be opened.  No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization.  Before sending back merchandise for return or exchange, you must contact us first at help@firstimpressionsmolds.com.

 

SHIPPING

We make all of our molds by hand at the time the order is placed.  Your order will ship within 5-7 business days after it is received, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.  We ship via United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service.  Allow for UPS ground standard shipping and USPS priority shipping time.  For seasonal periods, allow up to 10 additional days.
