Jello Jigglers

How-to

After you have cooked your jiggler recipe, place the mold or molds onto a sturdy pan that will fit in your refrigerator. Fill the molds by using a mini ladle or large spoon. Carefully place the pan into the refrigerator for at least three hours to let them set completely.

De-molding:

After your jigglers have set, very carefully pop the piece out by gently holding the mold with your thumbs on top and fingers on the bottom of the mold and flexing it out and up.

Tips

It is not recommended that you use a mold that has deep undercuts* or a great amount of detail for jigglers.

You can use a regular jello recipe if you are using a flat mold with very little detail.

      Keep jiggler pieces refrigerated.

*Undercuts - portions of the piece that are deeper into the bottom or side of the mold than the rest.

Recipe

2 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. Jello brand gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water (do NOT add cold water)

Stir boiling water into gelatin. Dissolve completely. Pour mixture slowly into 9x13x2 inch pan. Chill at least 3 hours. Jigglers will be firm after 1 hour, but may be difficult to remove from pan.
