QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Every item is guaranteed free from defects in workmanship, or you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for exchange only. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. If you have questions, please refer to our return policy.

We do not share or distribute our customers' information with other parties for the purpose of advertising, marketing, etc. We will only use your information for the completion of your order. When you add your e-mail address during registration, we may occasionally contact you regarding First Impressions Molds promotions.
ORDERING
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. To make an order you will be asked to complete a simple registration form which will allow you to view your order history in the future, and, if you wish, receive updates via email from First Impressions Molds.
Our molds are handcrafted. As a result, your order will not be shipped until 5-7 days until after it is received, and some molds may vary slightly in color and texture.
